Student Ministry Opportunities
Youth Intern Program
In this program, you will support the ongoing ministry to youth at Guthrie Grove Church by building positive relationships, modeling a Christ like attitude and lifestyle, assisting and leading BYF ministry programs and activities, and becoming actively involved in the life of the church.
This position exists for the mutual benefit of the BYF and the Intern. Guthrie Grove Church receives an individual who offers their own set of skills, knowledge, interests, and passions to support and enhance our BYF ministry. In turn, the Intern receives the opportunity to learn and practice ministry in a safe and nurturing environment.
Student Teaching Program
The Grove Student Teacher Program is designed to prepare students to teach Bible classes. Students will have the opportunity to prepare and present classes to their age group choice. The goal of this program is to help students develop the skills necessary to prepare and present Biblical material in a relevant and interesting manner.
