 We are praising God for surpassing our goals for our Food Collection and Service Projects. Service is one important part of what we do as followers of Jesus Christ. We will be going out to serve a meal and continue to collect non-perishable food items for our local food pantry-Piedmont Emergency Relief Center. We are currently collecting water bottles and toiletries for the LOT Project. Donate items in the Youth Room and we will take items to the organization. Speak with Rebecca Dauksas, our Youth Director or Pastor Andy Cisneros for more ways you can serve. ​​

Knowing Key Verses from Scripture is an important part of  understanding what God says to us. We have been learning:

Deuteronomy 6:4-6 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 5 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. 6 These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.

Luke 10:27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”

John 14:26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.

Luke 1:35 The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.
